Case description

This lesion was technically challenging from an access point of view. It was "up the hill". Water immersion is a useful technique in this case. Although water immersion does not need submucosal injection as described by Dr. Ken Binmoeller, I used submucosal injection for additional safety as I do not use this technique often. Injection: saline with Methylene Blue 9.5 ml. Snare: 15 mm; Endocut Q 3-1-6; APC: 0.8 lts flow, 35 Watts, Forced APC.
