Case description

Here is a lesion in the transverse colon - LST-G type of tumor which should be relatively easy to resect. These lesions lift well and easy to cut. However, the lesion was tethered to the wall from submucosal fibrosis induced by biopsies and tattoo placement which required piecemeal EMR (saline with Methylene Blue solution injection; Endocut Q 3-1-3) and hot biopsy avulsion (Endocut I 1-3-1) and APC (0.8 liters flow and 35 W) followed by clip closure. Included resection in detail and did not put in clip closure details to make the video easily downloadable.
