Patient: Elderly patient
Lesion: LST-NG
Location: Ascending colon
Comment on lesion: Lesion has two segments (like leaves) that need to be kept in mind when planning a cut; cut each leaf separately.
Injection: Saline with a drop of Methylene Blue 12 ml
Snare: 10 mm snare
Cut: Endocut 3-1-3
APC: 0.8 lts, 35 W
Clip closure: 6 clips; important to remove any small polyps adjacent to the lesion to avoid the impression of recurrence later on.
