Case description

Elderly patient was referred for endoscopic resection after two prior attempts to resect.
The colon is narrow and ridden with large mouthed diverticulosis. After injection of epinephrine 1:10,000 5 cc, 15 stiff snare was used to placed it around the stalk of the polyp. EndoCut Q 3-1-5 for cut. Hemostatic forceps was used to coagulate the vessels followed by clip closure. Had to change the pediatric colonoscope to an EGD scope for clip application.
