Case description
A patient with medical history of a bladder cancer was dianosed with 3 cm cecal polyp. Patient was reffered to colonoscopy to avoid colon surgery.
The procedure consisted of piecemeal resection followed by APC of the edges and clip closure. Since the patient is from out of state, decided to apply clips at short intervals to reduce the risk of delayed bleeding.
