Case description

Lesion: Sessile serrated adenoma.
Some times the snare keeps on slipping and prevents en-bloc resection. One can go for piecemeal resection in that case. Or, one could consider anchoring the snare tip by couple of cautery cuts to anchor the snare tip and then open the snare as done in this case for successful en-bloc resection. In this video, one can watch how the snare kept slipping and how by applying a little bit of cautery, the snare could be anchored for successful en-bloc resection.
