Case description
This video presents a way of volume reduction of the polyp. Injection of dilute epinephrine (1:10,000) into the head and pedicle of the polyp was performed. It was followed by insertion of the colonoscope to the cecum and examination on withdrawal of the endoscope reveals a smaller polyp.
