This video presents a procedure of endoscopic mucosal resection performed in ascending colon. The flat lesion was tethered by prior jumbo biopsy. At first, the lesion was injected with IndigoCarmine to lift it and enable the snare resection. Afterwards the APC and a clip closure were conducted to prevent recurrence of the lesion and avoid delayed bleeding.
