Case description

The following video presents a case of an elderly woman, who underwent partial resection of cecal polyp and was referred for EMR to excise the remnants. The resection was deffered for 4 months until she underwent lung cancer resection followed by chemotherapy. The residual tethered lesion was removed with biopsy forceps. Bleeding was controlled with coagulation grasping forceps. The APC of the edge and base was used to prevent recurrence of the lesion and the defect was clipped to prevent delayed bleeding.
