Case description

A middle aged patient with Lynch Syndrome, with prior colon resection for colon cancer, referred for endoscopic resection to avoid surgery.

The patient was put into general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation and use of a paralytic to provide a stable operating field.

The EMR was followed by argon plasma coagulation of the edges and base. Als, the resection site was closely approximated with clips, due to the patient's travel back home.
