A case of an elderly woman with laterally spreading granular tumor involving IC valve and referred for an EMR. The past medical history of the patient is significant for head and neck cancer removed few years earlier.
During the procedure the patient was under general anesthesia to avoid respiratory movement of the lesion during resection as the lesion was difficult to access
The lesion after EMR was closed by clips to prevent delayed bleeding. The follow-up includes colonoscopy in 6 months.
