Case description

The following video presents a case of a patient who underwent a large rectal lesion resection. His postoperative course was uneventful during the first 6 days. Unfortunately he developed a rectal bleeding in 7th day.

To stop the hemorrhage an emergency endoscopy was performed. Clips and hemostatic forceps were unsuccessful. Fortunately, epinephrine injection controlled the bleeding. Later, fibrin glue was applied to stabilize the clot. The patient was discharged home the next day.
