Following video details an en-bloc EMR resection of a 2 cm lesion in an ascenting colon. The patient was a middle aged woman.
As it's clearly visible, the preparation was not satisfactory as the patient ate popcorn couple of days before procedure; required scope change to an adult colonoscope and a lot of water flushing to clear the stool.
