Case description

Video presents a case of a middle aged woman who underwent right hemicolectomy for colon cancer and low anterior resection for a rectal polyp. During surveillance, she was found to have a large flat lesion just distal to the ileocolonic anastomosis; EMR was unsuccessful. She was referred for EMR after removing 3 additional polyps. Thick bile kept coming down. After cleaning the area, the flat lesion referred for EMR was identified; however a few subtle lesions were noted in the same area. Dye spray chromoendoscopy was performed, which revealed over 25 subtle flat lesions that were not identified before (probably hidden by mucus and bile).
