Case description

Video presents a case of middle aged man who underwent EMR of a large rectal polyp. Post procedure, on day 5, there was bleeding from the EMR site, which stopped on its own.
Followup colonoscopy at 6 months for surveillance of the EMR scar site was performed.
Well healed scar was noted; on white light and NBI examination, there was no recurrence of polyp. Biopsies were taken to confirm absence of any recurrence or residual polyp.
