Video presents a case of middle aged man with multiple large flat lesions. A cap fitted colonoscope was used to perform procedure. First injection did not lift the lesion. Second injection resulted in successful lifting of the lesion; third injection resulted in a good lift of the lesion. A 10 mm stiff snare was used to resect the lesion.
