Video presents a case of lderly woman wo underwent partial resection of cecal polyp - referred for EMR. Deferred resection for 4 months until she underwent lung cancer resection followed by chemotherapy. Insertion of colonoscope was prolonged due to tortuous colon and fixed colon.
Then, multiple injections were performed (because of scarring) to lift the flat lesion.
Resection were perfomed. Residual tethered lesion - removed with biopsy forceps. Bleeding was controlled with Coagulation Grasping Forceps. The final stage was APC to prevent the reccurence of lesion.
