Cardiac surgery video case: we routinely employ a right mini anterior thoracotomy for our isolated aortic valve replacement procedures. This video shows the major steps involved with this procedure. A (*brand hidden*) Avalus tissue prosthesis size 25mm was implanted. This video was made by our visiting Fellow, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon Dr Natcha Bunwatcharaphan, a surgeon from Queen Sirikit Heart Centre, Khon Kaen, Thailand.
