Stone Sublingual Papilla
Note the whitish stone in the sublingual papilla of this submandibular gland. The submandibular duct is not dilated at this time.
Large Mucocoele Lip Drained

This is the typical appearance of an Apthous Ulcer. Note the white ulcerated base surrounded by marginal erythema.
Retropharyngeal Abscess
The yellowish swelling arising from the posterior pharyngeal wall is a retropharyngeal abscess.
Oral Candidiasis [Thrush]
The white collection seen on this patient's palate are the result of oral candidiasis secondary to the use of an oral steroid inhaler.
Torus Mandibularis
The bilateral symmetrical raised lesions on the lingual surface anteriorly of this patient's mandible are a benign bony Tumor known as a Torus Mandibularis.
Herpes Simplex Lower Lip [resolving]
This patient demonstrates a resulting herpes simplex infection of the left lower lip.
