Case description

34yo male, stone passer, with LUT obstructive symptoms, dysuria and terminal hematuria. Had past history of renal colic 2-3 months before of right renal colic due to a small stone..... (usually it passed? patient experience). Recent US showed normal both kidneys and bladder. Up on patients refusal to have Ascending urethrography due to urethral pain and irritation... but agreed to have cystoscopy under anaethesia.
