Case description

32YO, male patient with lower calyceal left renal stone 1.5cm, under RIRS. basketing and trying to relocate the stone to an upper calyx failed due to  large stone base and narrow and long neck of calyx. Uretral access sheath 9fr, with suction and flexible apical segment was used, allowed the sheath to be near the stone so that suction made it clear and faster. Basketing of the few fragments aided to clear it completely.
