Case description

URATS double sleeve lobectomy after chemotherapy and inmunotherapy. Centrally located lung cancer with good response to induction treatment. The surgery was performed through a single 4 cm incision by means of robotic system. Fissure was blocked so the inferior pulmonary vein was clamped with bulldogs. The bronchus was reconstructed with a barbed continuous 3/0 suture and the artery with prolene 4/0. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful.
