This patient presented with a left forearm swelling. Core biopsy and MRI suggestive of well differentiated liposarcoma. Normally we do wide excsion with margin. This patient is a left hander and a painter by occupation. We did excision of the tumor without sacrificing nerves and muscles. Patient underwent excision of the soft tissue tumor arising from the deep intermuscular plane of left forearm. Tumor was close to median nerve. Post op recovery uneventful.
