Case description

Youssef proposed that unique medical theory(Youssef’s Technique ), The essence of the “Neuro-Fascial Rest” technique lies in simulating the principle of physical buoyancy in water, where gravitational resistance is reduced by an equal and consistent peripheral lifting force.Similarly, this technique aims to free the affected vertebra or damaged disc from the surrounding pressures of the fascia, muscles, and connective tissue, without applying direct force on the vertebra itself or dsic.Just as the body in water reorganizes its natural position once the surrounding resistance is removed, the vertebra or disc, when released from fascial restrictions and muscle spasms around it, is given the opportunity to reposition itself according to internal balance forces and natural anatomical geometry. This similarity makes the technique a therapeutic model based on well-known biomechanical concepts, but with an innovative neuro-motor application.
