Case description

Youssef proposed that heart disease patients suffer a lot from malnutrition due to poor absorption due to lack of secretion of digestive enzymes due to poor blood supply to the stomach and small intestine, which results in, for example, lactose intolerance. It has become mandatory to acknowledge that nutrition is an integral part of treatment because many heart patients, more than 90%, suffer and complain of digestive system pain when consuming dairy products, as a result of what I mentioned previously. However, please follow a healthy diet and pay attention to the percentage of fats, especially in dairy products, so that we do not lose the healthy nutritional balance and serious and dangerous complications occur. And attention should be paid to following a diet for the digestive system to restore balance in the digestive process, especially dairy products because they contain an anticoagulant at a rate of up to 20% in one cup. This greatly helps in improving blood flow to all organs, reducing anticoagulant medications, improving the patient’s condition, and fully benefiting from all nutrients to improve absorption, especially since the percentage of those taking anticoagulant medications ranges from 90% to 100% of heart disease patients. Therefore, attention must be paid to establishing an appropriate diet that depends entirely on repairing the digestive system.
