The film presents laparoscopic reduction of intussusception in 5 year old boy. The patient was qualified for surgery after unsuccesful hydrostatic reduction under ultrasound control. During the procedure intussusception reduction, appendectomy, and a lymph node excision were performed. The postoperative course was uneventful. Good clinical effect was achieved. Procedure was done in the Department of Pediatric Surgery in Zabrze, Medical University of Silesia, Poland.
