The film presents right adrenalectomy in 9-month-old infant. The indication for surgery was a tumor diameter of 3 cm. The operation was performed using 4 ports - 1 optical port (5mm), two working ports (5mm and 3mm) and one port for liver elevation (3mm). Procedure was performed in the Department of Pediatric Surgery in Zabrze, Medical University of Silesia, Poland.
