vNOTES Isolation of Anterior Vesicouterine Peritoneum
Case description
Surgical video: in some cases anterior colpotomy could not be easily done. As this is one of the important steps in vNOTES hysterectomy this video shows how vesicouterine peritoneum could be opened using laparoscopy. After circumferential incision of cervix (*brand hidden*) retractor is positioned in posterior colpotomy and between vagina and cervix. Peritoneum is insuflated with Co2 so that vesicouterine peritoneum can be easily seen. After vesicouterine peritoneum is opened the rectractor is positioned in anterior colpotomy and further steps of procedure are done.
