After circumferential incision of cervix (*brand hidden*) retractor is positioned in posterior colpotomy and between vagina and cervix. Peritoneum is insuflated with Co2 so that vesicouterine peritoneum can be easily seen. After vesicouterine peritoneum is opened the rectractor is positioned in anterior colpotomy and further steps of procedure are done.
