Case description

Surgical video case: patient with severe dyspareunia and chronic pelvic pain after hysterectomy because of adenomyosis resistant to medication. There was endometriotic nodule 3x3 cm seen on the left uterosacral ligament. No bowel and bladder infiltration. No ureter dilatation. Pararectal space was developed and hypogastric nerve was visualized. Left ureter was also visualized and moved laterally. Endometriotic nodule was removed without bleeding.
