Posterior aproach for vNOTESadnexectomy was done. Patient was on hormonal therapy because of hormone dependent breastcancer. Oncology team suggested adnexectomy because of BRCA 1 and BRCA 2 gene mutation. vNOTES was done and patient was dismissed in the evening on the same day. Postoperative follow up was uneventful.
