Case description

Post menopausal senile polyp was diagnosed. Patient was asymptomatic. Patient also had 1 degree prolapse with cystocele for which she was not symptomatic. Bipolar 22fr resectoscope is used to resect the polyps. Cavity is septate and asymmetric. Remaining endometrium is thin. The video shows typical senile polyp appearance. There had been many similar patients who had presented with post menopausal bleeding with such polyps.
