Case description

34 year old woman with septate uterus. Personal history: Miscarriage later 26 weeks of gestation. A resection of uterine wall, occupying 2/3 of the cavity was performed with outpatient hysteroscopy. After the intervention, the patient reported feeling very cold. A loss of saline 1L was checked. After, abdominal and vaginal ultrasound is done: without free fluid in the abdominal cavity observed. Suspecting serum absorption, patient it moves to resuscitation control and treatment. Is placed nasal prongs, venous cannulation and was done blood count, coagulation and biochemistry analysis. Furosemide was administered intravenous Blood pressure 127/72, heart rate: 103 lpm, saturation 02 100%. Diuresis 1,500ml (10: 40h) + 1.100 ml (11: 30h) Results: Normal laboratory tests except hyperchloraemia The patient reported clinical improvement after diuretic treatment.
