Case description

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the gold standard for treatment of gallbladder stones with incidence of bile duct injuries (BDI)  (0.3-0.8 %). Bile duct injuries (BDI) is associated with devastating, potentially life-threatening complications, impaired quality of life and associated with long term-mortality. (Davidoff,1992) In 1995, Strasberg introduced the "Critical view of Safety " (CVS) to reduce the risk of bile duct injury (BDI) (Strasberg,1995). Here we simply share out surgical technique of how to achieve Critical View of Safety.
