Case description

Video case: due to the low incidence rate and difficulty in diagnosis, bile duct polyps and masses are rarely reported. They may cause partial obstruction any CBD stone formation, diagnosed during choledochoscopy for laparoscopic CBD exploration.

Case presentation: after failed ERCP,  laparoscopic CBD exploration for CBD stones performed. During choledochoscopy, we found submucosal mass in distal CBD above sphincter of Oddi.
