Case description

A 33 year-old male with rectal carcinoma inserting from the dentate line in to the second rectal valve. Carcinoma in young patient. It has been reported that carcinoma of the colon occurring under the age of 40 carries with it a poor prognosis with a 5-year survival rate of 13% to 30%.
