Case description

Once the balloon has been inflated to the desired diameter, it is kept in place for a short time before deflating. actually use three minutes at a time and then deflate it. The caliber of the balloon catheter was increased gradually over subsequent dilations, up to a diameter that allowed patients to swallow solid foods.
