Case description

Traction methods are essentially used to facilitate visualization of the submucosal layer, thus enabling accurate identification of the cutting line and submucosal vessels. Traction is thus a promising approach to help reduce the procedure time and complications, and may lead to more widespread adoption of ESD. We present our initial experience with the (brand hidden) traction Wire.
