Case description

Male 68 years, progressive jaundice, weight loss. CT biliary tract stenosis due to head mass of PANCREAS, liver metastases ERCP, Medium-term bile duct stenosis, dilation and placement of a plastic prosthesis with thick, dark bile drainage due to retention. For now, a plastic prosthesis has been placed, however, it will be best to place a SEMS afterwards.
