Case description

A middle aged patient with a thick stalked colon was referred to the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center for resection of this large polyp. This can be safely and completely resected by endoscopists with expertise in the removal of large and complex colon polyps as done in this video to avoid surgery.

Successful outcome depends on a dedicated team of endoscopists, nurses, technicians, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and pathologists working together and providing the best service.
