This patient had multiple polyps resected 24 hours prior to presentation with post polypectomy bleeding. Used water immersion using water jet through the biopsy channel to clear the stool and examine the colon. The bleeding site was located at a tough location and required water immersion technique to apply clips. In addition, another site also bled that was also controlled with clip application.
