Case description

Elderly patient underwent serial colonoscopies every year for the last years with incomplete resection and APC of the cecal polyp (SSA), which resulted in tethering of the polyp and failure to lift with submucosal injection. This polyp was removed by hot biopsy avulsion. Pathology revealed hyperplastic polyp.
