Case description

This video shows case of middle aged man with multiple large flat lesions in transverse colon and history of lung and adrenal tumors resected.

Injection: First injection did not lift the lesion. Second injection resulted in successful lifting of the lesion; third injection resulted in a good lift of the lesion.

Endoscopic resection: A 10 mm stiff snare was used to resect the lesion. "Back hand flip technique" was used to entrap the lesion.

Resection base: blue indicative of submucosa; red base in the center (could be bleeding or deep cut; one could use Indigo Carmine spray to differentiate between a deep cut versus blood).

Clip closure: Four clips for successful closure.
