Case description

The video presents a colonoscopy of a middle aged patient with low anterior resection for colon cancer and right hemicolectomy for carcinoid tumor, who was referred for endoscopic resection of a large polyp in the transverse colon.

During the procedure, the patient was put into general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation (to keep the operting field stable). The resection was followed by APC of the edge at 40W and clip closure.
