Case description

The following video details a colonoscopy of an elderly patient with an ascending colon polyp, who was referred for surgery. During colonoscopy, the patient was in left lateral position. This made an endoscope slip as it came close to the lesion and imade it difficult to assess the full extent of the lesion. Change the position of the patient to supine position caused the lesion to lend itself for a good view and made it amenable for resection.
