Case description

Video presents a case of middle aged woman who developed severe radiation telangectasia and ulcer of the rectum. She preferred to go for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. One should be careful if cautery of the rectum with APC is undertaken in such cases with an ulcer (indicative of underlying ischemia) and thin wall because of high risk of deep ulcers after cautery.
