The video shows a patientwho was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer with the use of EUS- FNA. The cancer evolved rapidly into jaundice and disabling abdominalpain. The patient underwent ERCP sphincterotomy, insertion of self- expandable metallic stent, and EUS –guided celiac plexus neurolysis.
