Case description

During the control in asymptomatic morbidly obese 51-year-old female with hepatic steatosis, ultrasonography showed lesion in the body of the pancreas. Helical CT and MRI were normal, EUS –FNA elucidated the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. The patient underwent central pancreatectomy and recovered well.
