Case description

Transanal Submucosal Dissection with TEO - a safe alternative for large rectal adenomas, when ESD is either difficult or money-consuming. Transanal submucosal direction can be done using submucosal dye injection, the same way it is done in ESD during the whole procedure. The right plane of disection can be easily achieved and it can be technically easier and quicker than ESD. As the transanal device only reaches up to a certain point, low and medium rectum adenomas are the most appropriate lesion to use this technique.
