Recommendations are for repair of establieshed on pre-operative OGD Hiatus hernia during a Bariatric procedure. Gallstones should be removed before weight loss surgery. However, the gallbladder surgery can be done also in a safe manner during Bariatric surgery, due to preference of the patient. Total length of surgery 125 minutes. Patient has been discharged on postoperative day 2 with no complications.
