A patient with previous gastric plication performed in another hospital is presented in this video. Although there was some weight loss after the original surgery, the main symptom was gastoesofageal reflux and icipient weight regain. A conversion to Roux-Y gastric bypass was performed, with the BP limb of 110 cm and alimentary of 50 cm. Postoperatively the course was uneventful and the patient was discharged on POD3.
